I don't think there's a way to add pdf's directly unless you buy your own domain name and you can host the pdf's yourself.

Can't be done... I can't see a way to upload the file. You need somewhere to upload and store the file so that you can link to it. Perhaps you can find a different file storage server.
I am with Metanoia, it can't be done. You definitely need a separate URL to store it at and then be able to create the link. I researched this heavily and right now that is the only way that I know.
